Radoslav Stompf, CEO, FUERGY

Radoslav Stompf is a co-founder of the Slovak renewable energy startup FUERGY, whose goal is to optimise energy consumption and maximise the efficiency of renewable sources. It encourages customers to sell their excess energy to members of their own community at a cheaper price instead of back to the grid. FUERGY is the second company co-founded by Stompf and seeks to use its 20 years of optimisation experience in the European energy industry to shape the future of the global energy market.

Roland Polzin, CMO, Wing

Roland Polzin is the co-founder and chief marketing officer of Wing, which claims to do literally "anything" for its customers. It will take care of shopping, pet services, courier assistance, research, food delivery and more. It uses artificial intelligence to personalise the service. Previously, Polzin was a member of the German Armed Forces, where he served as an officer and chief of public relations. He has also worked for the German government and the UN. In addition to his professional duties, he is also a recent MBA graduate in corporate strategy and digital transformation.

Chantelle Bell, Co-Founder, Syrona Women

After graduating with a master’s degree in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge, Chantelle Bell began her healthcare career as a consultant for such companies as Philips and Procter & Gamble. During her studies, she teamed up with her future business partner Anya Roy to develop a facility for home cervical cancer testing. In 2018 the couple went on to establish Syrona Women, providing a digital medical assistant for women's health care. The company provides monitoring and screening, online counselling and education on a variety of medical issues, including endometriosis, infertility, sexual abuse and more.

Moodi Mahmoudi, CEO, NEXT

Moodi Mahmoudi is the CEO and founder of the Amsterdam platform NEXT, a business design platform that provides its customers with a digitally controlled process that helps launch new products. The platform works with companies such as Deloitte, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Otis Elevators. Prior to founding NEXT, Mahmoudi was vice president of SAP Optimal Solutions and founded KBMS, a provider of enterprise software solutions.

Linda Vermaat, Director, Innofest Nederland

Linda Vermaat is director of Innofest Nederland and offers startups the opportunity to showcase their businesses at festivals, the perfect environment for testing innovation. Her organisation strives to help innovative entrepreneurs who want to contribute to a better world. Together with her husband, Vermaat also works as a filmmaker at TwentieFour, a creative studio that supports entrepreneurs who are building their business while addressing global issues such as plastic pollution, poverty and inequality. She is a new recruit to the scouts and often moderates events focused on the impacts of business.
