Why should you start with the tasks that will be the most difficult to accomplish? Why shouldn't you think too much when your to-do list is getting longer and longer? In the first article, we introduced our first tips on how to survive the summer when you are busy at work. Here is the second list of tips by the addicted2success.com website.

1) Don’t over-analyze your tasks

When you over-think something, you are putting cracks in your determination to do it. Stop creating a cloud of doubts. Begin with a clear picture in your mind. Sure, there may be some obstacles, but you need a good start. Deal with problems only when they actually appear.

2) Schedule

Allocate a different amount of your time for every task. In other words, prioritize. It is key to finish the most challenging tasks first. Only after these are finished, can you move on to the easier ones. Why? You will feel much more relaxed when the hard ones are off your list. Plan your daily, weekly and monthly schedules. Set realistic deadlines. Try to estimate how much time it will take you to complete each task.

3) Don’t disguise your shortcomings

When you fail to complete a task, don’t blame others. Accept the blame yourself and start working on how to improve. You know your weaknesses. In the long run you won't escape them, so start right away. Take responsibility for your actions.

4) Don't forget to find some time to relax

Once again, make some time for yourself. Spend time with your family and take a deep breath to calm down, figuratively speaking. Also, don’t say yes to everything. Eliminate all excessive junk from your schedule.
