How to ask for feedback

1. Notify your interest in feedback in advance

Right at the start of a project tell the participants that you will be interested in their feedback and ask them to collect their ideas and comments. It will significantly enhance the usefulness and constructiveness of the feedback.

2. Schedule when to share the feedback

Arrange a specific date when you will be provided the feedback. Be as flexible as possbile because the easier you make it for others, the more likely you'll get meaningful feedback from them.

3. Be specific

Clearly formulate questions and topics that you want the feedback to be about. Do it also in advance.
