2. Do not take a narrow view

You may find yourself at an impasse during your working life and you are forced to make tough decisions. But at the same time do not neglect your personal life. Remember to eat, sleep and relax regularly during your leisure time. Gambling everything on one card (your job) will not pay and your personal life will also collapse under the stress. Maintain a balance.

3. Do not be a stickler

Processing everything to the last detail is a luxury that you cannot afford under time pressure. Establish realistic expectations. Learn to accept also your own mistakes and shortcomings and learn from them.

4. Change your viewpoint

Think about what you can change in a given situation or if you can change other people’s perceptions of the situation. Try to find possible strategies through changes in your vision and discuss things with someone you trust. If you cannot change the situation or somehow contribute, stay calm, take a step back and cooperate if asked.

5. Be assertive

Avoid situations where you keep your feelings to yourself or, on the contrary, over-react. Stand up for your opinions, but respect the views of others. Express yourself without unnecessary emotions.

6. Get a perspective

Even a small glitch becomes a big and difficult problem under pressure. Imagine in your head worse scenarios that could happen. You will thus be looking at the problem from a wider perspective.

7. Focus on the positive experience

Focus on the positives in your daily life. Think about what makes your day brighter, and look for the way to achieve this. Look forward to the banality of every day to help relieve your concerns. Now you do not see everything so gloomily, right?
