Are you approaching your deadline and starting to panic? Then, instead of an increased consumption of coffee and chocolate, rather learn some practical techniques to get rid of your stress in a few seconds. Openforum.com advises to:

1. Take a deep breath

Stand up and take a deep breath and exhale at least five times.

2. Laugh out loud

If you are not experiencing anything funny, just open YouTube or simply think of a hilarious situation.

3. Lighten your current stress

Think about the worst that has ever happened to you or someone from your friends and realize that your current stress is marginal.

4. Look at something beautiful

5. Change the environment

7. Stretch yourself
