The most frequent reasons were lack of recognition (over 40%) and politics at the workplace (35%). More than 30% of people also feel they have no empowerment and the same number of employees just do not like their manager. To be a better leader you first need to be a good follower: you must study empathy and the reactions of others, as well as be able to assess them.
