Find an ally
Support each other. Agree on regular meetings at least once a week and monitor how you're doing.
Find some time just for yourself
Every day, find at least a few minutes for yourself and give yourself a small reward. The fact that you're trying to change one thing in your life does not mean that you have to limit yourself in everything else.
