The coronavirus crisis opened the door to a new norm by forcing companies to allow their employees to work from home. And while Covid-related measures have long been gone, flexible working arrangements and the possibility of working from home have become more or less the new norm for many companies. A survey of UK firms shows that fears of a drop in productivity have not been realised but, on the contrary, companies that offer working from home are also proving to be more efficient.
