Do not be afraid to make mistakes

Mistakes happen and we all know that they help us grow. We are, however, still struggling with the feeling that we cannot make mistakes and if a mistake happens, we should try to keep it secret. How to get rid of this feeling? First, learn not to take eyour mistakes personally, separate your failures from your identity. Just the fact that you did something wrong does not mean that you are bad. You will succeed with something else. Then continue with the following steps.

Take a lesson for next time

Analyze your mistake. Focus on what went wrong, whether you had control over the possibilities of the situation development and what can be improved in the future.

Stop being mired in regret

You cannot change what happened by reminding the mistake over and over again. It will only make your mental state worse. Focus on what you can change, which is the future. The sooner you make a positive step forward, the better.

Eliminate the need to hear appreciation from others

Fear of failure often comes from the fact that we are being judged by our surroundings. We are afraid of what others will say about us. You should, however, not get discouraged by others. Manage your life the way you want.

Try positive approach

Stop thinking in terms of "if I fail, I am weak and incompetent". Learn positive thinking such as "If I fail, I am one step closer to success."
