Inc.com recommends:

Straighten up

A slouching posture shows at first glance that you do not believe in yourself. Therefore, work hard on sitting and standing upright. You can for instance place a colored sticker on your computer screen to remember you not to slouch.

Do not think about what others think

Other people are generally not interested in yourself as much as you think. They are mostly concerned with themselves.

Do not disparage yourself

Be careful how you are thinking about yourself and how you talk to yourself in your mind. Try to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. For example, replace "I cannot do it" with "I will try my best". Imagine how you would feel if other people talk to you so negatively as you talk to yourself.

Smile

Try to come to work with a smile and see the change. You can train smiling at any time, e.g. in your car on your way to work. It may seem strange first, but after a while you will start to smile more naturally. The people around you will certainly appreciate it and you will become more self-confident.

Do not worry about mistakes

Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. Whenever you make one, ask yourself this question: How important will this mistake be after three months? To handle mistakes gracefully, learn to laugh at them and do not repeat them next time.
