Focus on the goal, not the tasks
Merely following an endless list of tasks is not the right way to achieve your goals. You will definitely not be effective in terms of time spent on work. Instead, focus on clearly defined goals and eliminate unnecessary tasks that you don't need to solve, at least not immediately.
Don't do more things at once
Multitasking is overestimated and does not work in business, since any diversion of attention from the main direction may have catastrophic effects for start-ups. It can easily happen that you will have several things going on at once which will harm both your health and business.
Delegate
Even if you regard the business as your own child, objectively speaking you will probably not manage everything yourself. When starting a business, draw up an overview of all the activities your company will require in terms of finance, business, marketing, administration ... and assess which activities you can delegate or outsource now and which may need to be transferred to another person as soon as the company reaches certain milestones.
Have a financial reserve
Finance and the human psyche are at first glance far removed; however, the opposite is the case. Creating financial reserves for several months in advance is, of course, a significant benefit not only for your business, but also for your psyche. In times of sudden crisis or longer-term decline in demand, you can keep your business afloat. Also consider how you can better diversify your risk. Your finances do not have to flow only into the business; it is also advisable to invest something in parallel - for example, in various assets that will bring you passive income.
Create a "safety net"
Sometimes you can feel lost in business. Even if you sense you are falling behind and have to devote yourself primarily to your work, at least at the beginning don't forget your network of friends and family, with whom you can discuss your problems. Humans are social beings and we need a community around us that keeps us mentally healthy. Don't forget that.
Breaks
Working non-stop will tire your mind and reduce your productivity as a result. Try to set a college-style mode of working a maximum of 90-minute blocks and then taking a 10-minute break. Attune yourself not to think about work at least one day a week (ideally two days at the weekend). Thanks to this, you will keep your mind wide open to everything that is happening in your life and not feel quite so much that everything stands and falls with your business.
Turn off technology
Once you have completed your day's work, turn off all communication tools and resources associated with work. Don't browse e-mail, don't manage the web page ... Your brain needs to regenerate after a full day of decision-making. Don't take this escape from technology as an unnecessary luxury. Treat yourself to it as a normal part of your day.
