In accordance with the Act no. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, I hereby declare that I agree with the processing, use and storage of my personal data and other data provided by myself for advertising purposes by the company IVITERA a.s., based at Kafkova 16, 160 00 Prague, Czech Republic, registered at the Commercial Court in Prague, Section C, File 82484, identification number (IČ): 28186575, via the company's websites and projects for the purpose of making my personal and advertising data available to potential business partners and employers to get acquainted with and possibly approach me with a full-time job offer, temporary job offer, internship or other types of advertising messages.
The data mainly includes basic personal and advertising data important for record keeping in the company's system: name and surname, date of birth, citizenship, degrees as well as detailed information regarding my contact details, including place of residence, email address, telephone number, education, current job title and status on the labor market, work history, knowledge and skills, expectations and requirements related to a full-time job offer, temporary job offer, internship and related optional items.
The personal and advertising data is processed and recorded automatically via the information system connected to the specified websites.
I acknowledge that I was informed about:
I. the right to be informed about what types of data are processed about me;
II. the right to correct or delete inaccurate personal and advertising data;
III. the fact that if the administrator breaches the obligations imposed by the Act no. 101/2000 Coll., I have the right, subject to statutory conditions, to demand the administrator (I) refrain from the infringement and correct the defective state, (II) perform a correction of my personal data so that the data is correct and accurate, (III) block and / or destroy my personal data if it does not contradict other legal regulations, (IV) provide adequate compensation in accordance with the rules of civil procedure, if my personal rights were violated, and (V) provide compensation for any damage caused by the administrator;
IV. the right of appeal to the Office for Personal Data Protection.
I agree with the use of my personal data and advertising data for the purpose of being offered full-time job offers, temporary job offers and other types of advertising messages by the Ivitera a.s. company and its partners.
The rights referred to in paragraphs I) and II) can be applied as well as the consent canceled in the future via my user account and the contacts listed on the websites operated by Ivitera a.s. This consent is given to the company IVITERA a.s., based at Kafkova 16, 160 00 Prague, Czech Republic, registered at the Commercial Court in Prague, Section C, File 82484, identification number (IČ): 28186575, as the administrator.
