Ani lidé s poruchou autistického spektra se nemusí bát o to, že by nezískali pracovní místo. „Podstatou projektu není vytvoření specializovaného oddělení, ale plné začlenění těchto zaměstnanců do pracovního procesu,” vysvětluje základ projektu Arthur William Kastler, který jej má v rámci společnosti SAP v ČR na starosti.
