Everybody sometimes wonders why we have not become top scientists, artists, athletes or world-class experts in our fields. We tend to answer this question by stating that we lack talent. Others were born with it, and we weren't. What a shame ... In reality, however, we do not lack talent because talent is not crucial to achieve success. We lack what is technically called "deliberate practice." What does it mean?
