If people have to gather and process information, introverts like to think things through and are rather quiet while contemplating the solution. Extraverts prefer to talk together, and maybe interrupt each other, when finding the solution.

During business meetings, the style of extraverts often prevails and introverts get frustrated by what they see as a messy debate. However, if you structure out all the messiness, you may lose all the creativity. And furthermore, extraverts don't feel right in organizations based on self-management systems such as Holacracy.
