You need to be passionate and communicate confidently – including with your body language. Be full of enthusiasm but remember that there are moments when others will appreciate your being quiet.
If, for example, you speak through an entire meeting without a pause, you will not win many friends. But if people see you as someone who asks good questions and then listens to the answers, they will be impressed.
