Pandemie COVID-19 vystavila organizace největšímu tlaku na technologie, s jakým se kdy setkali. Na druhou stranu funguje také jako katalyzátor digitální transformace, která se tím výrazně urychluje. Ukazují to výsledky studie The Agents of Transformation Report společnosti AppDynamics, která je součástí společnosti Cisco.
