Study: One-third of the world's human capital remains unused

Neither developing nor developed economies are yet able fully to utilise the economic potential of their people. The global economy can only use an average of 65% of all the talent in the world. Public as well as private investments in education and skills development are therefore necessary to prepare the workforce for a future in which machines and data will dominate.
